On behalf of Arrowstreet, I’m pleased to announce the appointment of four firm leaders to the position of principal. The promotion of architects David Bois, Amy Korte, Sean Selby, and Larry Spang acknowledges their leadership roles and substantial contributions to the practice of architecture.

Each of these new principals brings a unique perspective to design, development, and management. Their diverse backgrounds add considerable value to Arrowstreet’s work.

David Bois’ expertise is grounded in his extensive understanding of mixed-use development. He is regarded as a specialist with hospitality planning and design. Taking pride in his long history with Arrowstreet, David is committed to offering developing staff members similar opportunities.

Amy Korte has a distinctive, forward-thinking approach to design. With a diverse background in architecture, environmental design, and interiors she is able to deliver creative project solutions to the most complicated challenges. As a principal, Amy serves as an in-house design lead with an expertise in the housing sector.

Larry Spang’s pragmatic approach to projects ensures their success, regardless of the level of complexity. In particular, he specializes in the public process, including its intersection with private development. In this new position, Larry will continue to lead the firm’s school work and advise clients on all aspects of complex permitting.

Sean Selby’s considerable experience ranges from mixed-use to housing to retail. Among his most recent work is the first LEED certified retail building in Maine and the Northeast’s largest rock-climbing gym. As an Arrowstreet principal, Sean will evolve the firm’s long-standing core strength in retail design.

The advancement of these individuals to principal supports the firm’s long-established commitment to quality design in architecture, future growth, and continued success.
