While Phase 1, 10 Greybarn Lane is quickly filling up with tenants, our contractor, Racanelli Construction Co. Inc., is keeping busy building the next phase of the project to meet demand. Phase 2, which includes Buildings 20 and 30 Greybarn Lane are taking shape and will provide an additional 155 units, schedule for completion in Fall 2017. Amenities like a Fitness Center, Screening Room and Gourmet Kitchen with outdoor patio are provided in Phase 1 and will be shared by tenants from all buildings in the development. The Phase 3 site is cleared and the project is getting ready to break ground next month, adding another 120 units in 2 buildings, as well as outdoor swimming pools, park with gazebo and community garden.
The newest aerial images depict this development with it’s expansive gambrel roofs, settling in its neighborhood. With the help of drones, we are now able to witness materialization of our design into full scale livable spaces – from air.
