AIAS Presents: Women in Architecture – Emerging Voices Panel

Senior Associate, Emily Grandstaff-Rice FAIA, will be speaking at the Northeastern AIAS Women in Architecture Panel that brings together Boston-practicing women architects to speak on the ratio between men and women in both architecture school and the field, especially in regards to positions of power. We believe the best way to inspire the next generation of professionals is to hear about the challenges of stepping into the field, as a woman, and gaining power and respect from those who have overcome these challenges. The format of the event will be a panel of six guests, with questions directed by a moderator as well as the audience. This event is part of an initiative called AIAS Boston that works to bring together 4 local AIAS chapters, so it is an opportunity for not only Northeastern students but also a larger Boston community.

Event is on March 16, 2018 at 6:30pm
