Working in collaboration with The Ciccolo Group, the Arrowstreet team reimagined the original 72,000 square foot home of International Harvester Farm Equipment, an industrial building that was built in 1924, to create a mixed-use, two story development with office and cafe space as well as a showroom concept that represents the future for urban car dealerships on limited land.

The development reflects a forward-thinking approach to retail design and a creative example of adaptive reuse: “Arrowstreet is proud to work with The Ciccolo Group to redeliver this historic building from 1924 in the center of one of Boston’s most up and coming neighborhoods,” said Arrowstreet Principal David Bois. “To address changes in the retail landscape, Village Automotive and Volvo worked closely with us to transform Boston Volvo Village into a smaller footprint that efficiently introduces an innovative showroom concept to the industry in a multipurpose building.”
