Associate Principals Arrowstreet's associate principals are each experts in a particular design sector. While maintaining their individual client relations and management areas within the firm, they work closely with the principals on all design efforts and firm-wide initiatives. Sean Selby, AIA, LEED, AP Sean's leadership has garnered design awards and LEED certification for Arrowstreet's clients, including the first LEED-Silver certified retail store in Maine. He believes that long-term planning is the key to sustainable development, and is a frequent speaker and writer on the topic. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from Cornell University. David Bois, AIA, LEED AP David Bois has managed and designed multiple project types. He has worked extensively in the planning and design of hotels for national hotel chains, ranging from 800-room convention center hotels to 200-room boutique hotels. In addition, he has also recently been involved in several mixed-use developments that include residences, office, and retail. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Alahe Aldo, AIA Alahe Aldo has worked at Arrowstreet for 24
years managing projects across a range of sizes and building types. The focus
of her recent work has been architecture for higher education, and she is
currently leading Arrowstreet's work in the Middle East. Alahe holds a Bachelor
of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas. John Rufo John Rufo is a Project Designer and Manager with a depth of experience in design and construction documentation. He has been involved with all phases of architecture on a wide range of building projects, including mixed use, master planning, housing, schools, medical research, retail development, public transportation, hotels, and office buildings. He received a Bachelor of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design. Laurence Spang, AIA, LEED AP Larry Spang has been with Arrowstreet
since 1994 working on a variety of large and small projects, including projects
in South Boston and two public charter schools. He is active with planning
and design issues in the Massachusetts town of Salem and is a member of the
Salem Historic District Commission. Larry holds a Master of Architecture
degree from Tulane University. Mike Manship, AIA Mike Manship has been a Project Architect and Project Manager at Arrowstreet since 1994, during which time he has completed work on a variety of commercial projects ranging from large-scale shopping centers to office buildings. He brings to the design process a strong understanding of construction practices along with extensive experience in the permitting and regulatory approvals process. He received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology. |
