Marketing Coordinator
Leading architectural firm seeks an energetic, motivated, self starter with 2-7 years A/E/C marketing experience. The coordinator will work closely with the Director of Marketing and firm principals as an integral member of the marketing team. The position presents the opportunity to get involved with all aspects of marketing a professional services firm. The role requires preparing qualification and proposal packages, including government standard forms; production of marketing collateral; communications and public relations support; preparing award submittals; conference and event administration; and website, contact database, and other marketing information systems maintenance. Must have ability to work independently under tight deadlines with careful attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, editing, writing, and computer skills. Graphic layout experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
