Nordic Properties commissioned Arrowstreet to explore ways to add value to this signature riverfront property and to help guide them through a public permitting process. Arrowstreet's contemporary design for this new, 56-unit condominium building optimizes the spectacular views of the river, downtown Boston, and the bell towers of Harvard University through the use of corner bays and balconies. The building includes a street-level restaurant that opens to an outdoor, terraced seating area. Arrowstreet participated in a significant rezoning of this area by the City of Cambridge to develop the Memorial Drive Overlay District.
