Arrowstreet was commissioned by Berkeley Investments and Starwood Capital Group to serve as the master planner and architect for this 20-acre revitalization project in downtown Worcester, Massachusetts. The project includes the demolition of a shopping mall and addition of approximately 1.8 million square feet of new construction to reposition the area as a mixed-use district. New streets and urban plazas reconnect CitySquare with the surrounding civic, commercial, and transportation resources to create a vital, around-the-clock neighborhood.
