Comprised of two residential buildings on either side of a six-story garage, 88 CambridgePark Drive is part of a larger, transit-oriented residential development near the Alewife MBTA Station. Arrowstreet is currently designing the site as a dense, 24-hour community. The buildings include ample bicycle storage, tenant amenity spaces, street-level retail, and open public spaces. The residential buildings incorporate an interesting mix of façade materials, terraces, and alcoves to mitigate the feel of a “super block” and provide a neighborhood scale. The buildings are designed with resiliency and climate change in mind given their proximity to Fresh Pond and the Little River.
