Chestnut Hill Square Medical Office Building

As a part of the Chestnut Hill Square mixed-use development, Arrowstreet designed a state-of-the-art medical office building currently occupied by Beth Israel Deaconess HealthCare. The approximately 200,000-square-foot office building houses walk-in urgent care, primary care, and outpatient services, such as sports medicine and rehabilitation, obstetrics, and an on-site lab. This facility provides patients and staff access to world-class medical services as well as a 30,000-square-foot fitness center and health club, a supermarket, and retail and restaurant amenities all within a single development.
