Arrowstreet has transformed 200 Sidney, 40 Erie, and 21 Erie Streets into a multi-tenant campus catering to smaller life science companies for BioMed Realty Trust. Just outside of Kendall Square, the 340,000-square-foot office/lab building was formerly used by a single tenant, Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Arrowstreet renovated the complex using the Universal FlexLab concept to accommodate a variety of biotech tenants.
