Fortunoff, the Long Island based jewelry and home furnishing retailer, commissioned Arrowstreet to design an 180,000-square-foot flagship store with parking garage for this upscale regional retail center. In order to capitalize on the corner location at the gateway to downtown White Plains, Arrowstreet designed an iconic identity for the new building that attracts the customer’s eye from several blocks away. Working with Walker Parking, Arrowstreet designed a four-level, above-grade parking garage using concrete precast materials. This fast-tracked project was designed and built in less than two years.
