Ora Seaport Leasing Renderings

To help our client visualize not just the space, but the furnishings within it, Arrowstreet created a series of high-quality renderings for Parcel K’s Ora Seaport development. The architectural design integrates a thoughtful balance of uses including housing, a boutique hotel, flexible office space, as well as restaurants and retail. To assist the client with leasing out both the residential building and retail spaces, Arrowstreet created a series of renderings to showcase the bright and modern amenity spaces with accurate furniture specifications for the most realistic experience possible.

To further enhance the client’s leasing collateral, Arrowstreet created a mock-up Innovation Space within a large ground floor commercial space within the development. Ideal for office/co-working usage, we created a test-fit floor plan, showcasing its potential as co-working space with an adjoining spherical 360-degree walkthrough. The 360 walkthrough brings the space’s potential to life, enabling the client to attract top-tier tenants.
