On Saturday, June 28, I had the pleasure of attending the open house for the new Mirbeau Inn & Spa at the Pinehills. Our team has been working on the project for a little over two years and to see it all come together was a tremendous experience. The open house was an invitation-only event for key individuals involved in the project and in the local market to see a preview of the property before the official opening on Sunday. Members of the staff were available to give tours and answer questions about the property as well as the new Le Bistro & Wine Bar and Henri-Marie menus. Executive Chef Stephen Coe oversaw the preparation of a wide variety of hors d’oeuvres to give guests an introduction to the new menu and I can assure you that everything was delicious!

We had a good contingent in attendance from our office, and I think everyone was thrilled with the results. We have greatly enjoyed working on this project and can’t wait to go for another visit!
