Arrowstreet’s Katie Ferrier will be attending the Boston Women’s Workforce Council‘s first annual Innovators’ Breakfast. The BWWC’s mission is to make Boston the best place in the country for working women by removing the visible and invisible barriers to women’s advancement. They work with businesses in the Greater Boston area to:
- Eliminate the gender-based wage gap;
- Remove the visible and invisible barriers to women’s advancement;
- Ensure that 100% of the talent pool is used to make Boston the best area in the country for working women.
