Arrowstreet is committed to closing wage gaps in Greater Boston!

Arrowstreet was one of the first architectural firms to sign the Boston Women’s Workforce Council’s 100% Talent Compact in 2016 to close the wage gap. With yearly evaluation and adjustment, we closed our gender pay gap in 2022 and continue to monitor this to ensure continued parity.

This year, we participated in the Boston Women’s Workforce Council’s 2025 Gender and Racial Wage Gaps Measurement Program. By anonymously submitting employee payroll data, we are helping the BWWC evaluate the current state of pay gaps across Greater Boston – the first step in closing them!

We are proud to contribute to an effort that encourages more recognition and equality for underrepresented groups and strengthens the local economy
