Arrowstreet is honored to be a 2025 The American Institute of Architects (AIA) COTE Top Ten award winner. This recognition reflects our mission to deliver high performance, sustainable design within a standard budget using thoughtful cost and situational analysis.

We love helping visionary communities, like Acton, appreciate their unique local environment and use natural resources as a learning opportunity for children and the wider community alike. Boardwalk Campus’ design is centered around the boardwalk, learning trail, biophilic design, and educational signage that serves to inspire curiosity and a deep connection to the space.

Achieving net zero energy and water performance reinforces our belief that impactful design doesn’t have to come at a premium. It shows that sustainability, when intentionally integrated, offers long-term value, not just financially, but socially and environmentally as well.

Thank you Kira Gould for the recognition, our team for making this project possible, and congratulations to the other Top Ten winners!
