Arrowstreet designed this state-of the-art life science space for a company dedicated to developing new therapies to combat cancer tumors. Complete with an open workspace layout, meeting rooms, a full lab and dine-in kitchen surrounded by views of the city, our architectural and interior design team delivered a space that inspires collaboration and connectivity. The use of lighting and color creates a dramatic yet inviting entrance way which is carried throughout the space in wall art, furniture, fixtures, fabric and equipment. Arrowstreet is about to begin the second phase of design for this space to expand the office in line with the company’s growth.

The simplistic European design language and creative floor plate allow the flow of natural light throughout, creating a calming work environment that encourages new ideas to grow. Upon entry, visitors and staff are welcomed by a comfortable lounge space, appropriate for casual conversations. The open workspace incorporates benching furniture that is supplemented by huddle rooms, meeting spaces, and phone rooms that support and foster the culture of modern workplaces. Cafes and open collaboration areas provide opportunities for meetings, casual conversations, and mental breaks throughout the day. The connection between lab and office provides opportunities for open collaboration, while state-of-the-art technology promotes clear and positive communication throughout all areas of the space.
