Project Manager (7+ years experience)

This role is responsible for managing the project team, consultants, and client expectations. Candidates should have proven experience managing successful projects, as well as strong communication skills with clients, team members, and regulatory officials, Familiarity with design and construction challenges is required, and should be complemented by a strong sense of design and graphic presentation. Understanding of Revit modeling, architectural registration, and LEED accreditation preferred.

Project Architect (7+ years experience).

Seeking leaders with strong ability to communicate design ideas to project teams and clients. Ideal strengths include attention to detail, strong technical knowledge, and ability to coordinate consultants. Candidate should be committed to quality, team oriented, ready for challenge, and interested in mentoring staff. Applicants should be well versed in Revit, Sketch-up and the Adobe Suite.

Architectural Designer / Job Captain (4-7 years experience)

Opportunity to be involved in the full scope of projects from design through construction. The candidate will be a key team member that will be self-directed and will be relied upon to contribute design ideas, as well as technical skill, while being supported and mentored by senior staff. Must have architectural degree and be proficient with the use of Revit, Sketch-up and Adobe Suite.

Architect Intern (1-4 years experience)

Interns at Arrowstreet are invaluable to every team. We are seeking a team-oriented candidate with a desire to learn who possesses strong computer, graphic and presentation skills. Multi- faceted role to include presentation drawings to working drawings (and everything in between). Position requires thorough knowledge of Sketch-up, Illustrator, and desire to learn. Revit a plus.

Marketing Coordinator

Leading architectural firm seeks an energetic, motivated, self starter with 2-7 years of experience in a similar role (AEC industry preferred). The position will be in the firm’s new, prime office location in Boston’s Post Office Square. The coordinator will work closely with the Director of Marketing and firm principals as an integral member of the marketing team. The position presents the opportunity to become involved with all aspects of marketing a professional services firm. Responsibilities include managing the proposal process; participating in interview prep; preparing qualifications packages (including government standard forms); production of marketing collateral; communications and public relations support; preparing award submittals; conference and event administration; and website, blog, and contact database maintenance.

Requirements:

– Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and editing skills.

– Strong ability to write and generate original content.

– Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with careful attention to detail.

– Willingness to maintain high standards for all work product.

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, or related field.

– Graphic layout experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus, as is working knowledge of Deltek Vision.
