Join Arrowstreet at the 4th Annual Entertainment Evolution Experience Conference in Santa Monica, CA on Feb. 6-7. Arrowstreet Principals, Amy Korté and Sean Selby will be speaking on the following panels during the conference:

Join Amy Korté on Feb. 6 from 3:30-4:30pm on the panel “Virtual Reality Meets Retail Reality”

Virtual reality is being used to not only envision projects through design and leasing, but also transform retail environments by allowing retailers to carry fewer items and enhance shoppers’ experience. Hear from owners and experts how virtual reality is helping to establish a new reality in the physical retail environment.

Join Sean Selby on Feb. 7 from 3:00-4:00pm on the panel “Don’t Change the Channel – It’s Always On”

It’s hard to escape the noise: “Retail is Dead.” “Retail Apocalypse.” “Amazon is eating Retail’s lunch.” Omni-channel, disruption and clicks. How do we cut through the clutter and get real? Retail has always been about consumption and connection. It’s about consumption because we need supplies, basic necessities, comfort, food, and clothing. It’s also about connection, because there is a side of retail that is sometimes called “experiential” or “social”. From ancient bazaars to 18th century arcades to 21st century malls, the successful venues have provided a forum for these realities. Today, retail is not dying and not going away, but it is changing its shape.  This panel will explore those changes, their causes and what’s next. Our panelists will provide their perspectives from design, ownership, marketing and branding sides.
