When research firm Epizyme made the decision to move into Biomed Realty’s newly renovated 325 Vassar Street, Arrowstreet designed a custom tenant fit-out that enabled the space to be ready for the first phase of occupancy in less than two months. The facility includes “hot lab” space designed to handle low-level radioactive materials, a tissue culture suite, and office and conference room space. Prefabricated, demountable glass partitions easily modified the existing Universal Flex Labs (TM) template to create additional private offices and conference rooms on a short construction schedule.
