Arrowstreet is responsible for the master plan of Patriot Place, a four-season retail and entertainment destination located on 450 acres around the New England Patriots’ stadium. The plan created sightlines from the retail to the stadium, leading stadium guests past the shops to improve retail exposure and allowing the stadium a prominent opportunity to advertise itself to retail shoppers. Different components of the development were located on different levels,separating the development’s mix of uses and improving site egress.
