Contemporary residential living located at The Yards in Washington DC.  The interior design of this 326-unit multifamily building is inspired by the Danish word “Hygge” the art of building sanctuary and community and paying attention to what makes us feel open-hearted and alive. The glass courtyard is an outdoor oasis cascading natural light and shadow into the building. Inviting amenities include a floating gym, skybridge, rooftop terrace, pool, ample green space, and co-working spaces. Materials and products used in the design were thoughtfully selected to contribute to this sustainable and healthy living experience and enhance the lifestyle brand. The residential unit design encompasses Scandinavian-designed kitchens and bathrooms with a focus on clean design and living.
