Arrowstreet designed a 200,000-square-foot office building to be leased by Unum, a leading insurance company. The new, 7-story building is sustainable – it is designed to achieve LEED Silver – and a first-class work environment. Occupants benefit from the environmentally friendly materials and efficient building systems. The office building is the catalyst for the CitySquare development, which has revitalized the neighborhood and reintroduced retail and entertainment to Worcester’s downtown.
