When I have the opportunity to provide routine construction site visits over an extended period of time, I often make an effort to photograph the progress from a consistent vantage point. Sometimes my efforts are successful, while at other times construction-related activities can make this challenging.
This time lapse slideshow was comprised of a series of snapshots taken during the construction of the Medical Office Building at Patriot Place, a project that I was involved with from schematic design through completion of construction. The slideshow begins while the steel superstructure is in progress, continues through the installation of the exterior envelope, and ends with a finished professional photograph by Robert Benson.
