Marketing Coordinator

  • Creative Content: Working in tandem with the Marketing Manager to ensure ongoing management of two websites and savvy social media updates which requires thoughtful representation of the firm.
  • Business Development & Content Creation: Meet regularly with project teams to document project narratives and the creation of engaging, thoughtful, and relevant content for press releases, bios, project sheets, and award submissions.
  • Proposals: Coordinate assembly, design, and packaging for submission, organize necessary meetings and interviews, and work collaboratively with staff to write customized content.
  • Organization/Maintenance: Accurate and up-to-date collateral content, including image library (Open Asset), client lists, project lists, award tracking and coordinate conference attendance.
  • Graphic Design: Maintain and uphold the firm’s standards to ensure a strong brand presence including proposals, website, presentations, awards, promotional items and press materials.
  • Photography: Assist in scheduling project photography with project teams, clients, photographer and on-site manager. Administer cost-sharing with other firms and organize invoicing.
  • Education/Experience: 4 + years prior experience working in the architecture/design field. Highly proficient in copy editing, Adobe InDesign, managing social media channels, WordPress/MyEmma experience, Open Asset experience a plus. Degree in Marketing, architecture, communications, or similar preferred.

Come work in our Post Office Square studio with our open office environment and collaborative work spaces that are ideal for candidates who are team players.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to multi-task, must demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills along with the ability to take direction and follow up on all assigned tasks.
This role will have you doing a bit of everything as you work with a team to keep the operation of our studio running seamlessly.

Front Desk: Working in tandem with the Front Desk Coordinator you will greet visitors, answer phones; assist staff with equipment requests; schedule meetings as well as conference calls.

Human Resources: Organize, respond to candidates, set up interviews as well as scheduling our in-house employee review process while maintaining the confidentiality of all information.

IT Assistance: Working in tandem with IT you will install software and learn how to troubleshoot and maintain our systems.

General Office: Help the team maintain and order inventory as well as helping to provide a clean office environment.
Marketing: Working with our Marketing Manager you will be updating our image database, proofread proposals and assist in scheduling photo shoots.

Project Assistant: Help team members with booking travel, support the production of documents that follow our firm standards, set up project file system.

Experience: 4 + years prior experience working in the architecture/design field (preferred). Highly motivated and ability to be flexible.
