3-6 YEARS

Arrowstreet is looking for a self-directed Job Captain with strong design and technical skills. You will be a key team member, contributing design ideas and helping to lead technical production, while being supported and mentored on a range of projects from design through construction.

You will have primary responsibility for the technical execution of projects, leading in-house teams while working with a principal on development and execution. You have a strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate design ideas to your project team, consultants and clients while supporting and mentoring staff.

You will be the day-to-day contact for the client and consulting team, leading an in-house team while working with a principal on the development and execution of projects.

You:

  • Are experienced in leading and managing hospitality projects from planning through construction
  • Have a balance of design and technical knowledge
  • Possess strong communication skills, and enjoy collaborating in an open office
  • Have the ability to lead project teams and desire to mentor others in their career growth
  • Are a Registered Architect, and are  well versed in Revit, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite

Senior Designer - Interior and Architecture

7-15 YEARS
