Arrowstreet designed a 230-unit, 220,000-square-foot residential building as a part of the revitalization of Revere’s Waterfront Square. The project includes a clubhouse, courtyard, pool, and a 315-space parking garage. The building is a 5-story wood high-rise over 2 stories of podium parking. Located across from Revere Beach, and next to public transportation the building offers unmatched access neighborhood amenities. The interior design focuses on a sense of sophisticated coastal living through an inviting, warm environment that maximizes ocean views while providing stylish amenity spaces. Refined materials and lighting are layered into the design to create an upscale residential feel in both amenity spaces and the units.
