Arrowstreet is assisting Target with the roll-out of small format, urban stores across the Northeast region.

Packard’s Corner, Allston, MA

Located near Boston University, the 17,000 square-foot building was originally built as a car dealership with thick concrete floors, theatrically-large columns, and inset wall arches— features not typical to Target’s format. The design team refreshed these components, allowing them to be integrated into the store’s architectural design.

Central Square, Cambridge, MA

Located in the heart of Central Square, the shopping experience for this 20,000 square-foot store is focused around the neighborhood. Merchandise shelves over two floors are tailored to the community’s shopping needs.

Burlington, Vermont

The first Target in the state of Vermont, this 60,000 square-foot store has moved in as the anchor tenant to an existing mall near the University of Vermont campus. Prominently located with a modernized exterior and interior, this store revitalizes the mall’s retail experience.
