We recently received new photos of the beautiful Reykjavik Natura hotel, which just re-opened this June after renovations.

As the design consultant for renovating Reykjavik Natura (formerly Hotel Loftleiðir), we  worked with Icelandair Hotels’ management team and Reitir Fasteignafélag’s asset managers to reposition the hotel as a gateway to Iceland for international tourists. The renovation included improved guest rooms, a new restaurant, a reorganized common space and outdoor area, and swimming pool improvements including a new spa. Visitors now have a choice of staying in Moss, Geothermal, Aurora Borealis, Volcano, or Water themed rooms, each offering educational facts about and beautiful art of Iceland’s natural elements.
