Arrowstreet’s Tavis Frankel, Nicole Martineau, and Victoria Wright will be attending ULI’s “What’s Shaping Real Estate Decisions of Life Science Companies?” panel discussion.

According to the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council, Massachusetts is home to the largest life sciences cluster in the world. Municipalities across the Commonwealth are developing new initiatives and zoning to assist the industry in locating new research and development centers and manufacturing facilities. The two-part panel discussion will feature speakers who are industry leaders, real estate developers who specialize in life sciences, and brokers and attorneys who work on these location decisions everyday.
