131 Dartmouth Street sits at a critical meeting point between Boston’s Back Bay and South End neighborhoods. This new, 11-story office building is supported by street level retail and three levels of below grade parking. The brick base, featuring curved bow fronts, stone cornices, and a metal-trellised roof balcony, rises four stories from the street. The deeply textured brick façade, marked by punched windows, deep metal bays, and substantial setbacks on upper levels, references local design idioms of neighboring structures.
