Arrowstreet is working with non-profit developer, The Neighborhood Developers (TND), on a 51-unit mixed income multifamily building that will add 32 affordable and 19 workforce homes to Revere. The building will revitalize an underutilized beachside site adjacent to Arrowstreet’s mixed-use Waterfront Square masterplan site with convenient access to transportation and public amenities. The exterior design investigates the potential of architecture as art with a dynamic façade. We have also engaged Thornton Tomasetti as our Passive House consultant to support the team in designing the project to passive house principles.
