A rapidly growing, Cambridge-based cancer research company worked with Arrowstreet to create their new 32,000 square foot headquarters. Our interior design and architecture teams worked closely with the client to create a modern and progressive workplace that emulated their values and goals as an enterprise at the forefront of the biotechnology world.

Upon entry, visitors and staff are welcomed by a comfortable lounge space, appropriate for casual conversations. The open workspace incorporates benching furniture that is supplemented by huddle rooms, meeting spaces, and phone rooms that support and foster the culture of modern workplaces. Cafes and open collaboration areas provide opportunities for meetings, casual conversations, and mental breaks throughout the day. The connection between lab and office provides opportunities for open collaboration, while state-of-the-art technology promotes clear and positive communication throughout all areas of the space. The simplistic European design language and creative floor plate allow the flow of natural light throughout, creating a calming work environment that encourages new ideas to grow.
