On May 6th, Arrowstreet’s Ben Thomas (Associate/Designer) and Ashley McDonnell (Associate/Interior Designer) along with Redgate Residential’s Kyle Warwick (Principal) and Molly Kelly (Senior Project Manager) will discuss the unique, design challenges and ingenuity which helped in the creation of Addison Apartments, a brand-new community located in East Boston. The panel will dive into the design story and cover topics such as sustainability and site resilience, placemaking and branding of the space through contextual design, and celebrating the local industries and talent.
Event attendees shall be given an exclusive look of Addison’s many amenities including one of the industry’s only Makerspaces, gaming lounge, co-working spaces, and many more, as the team shares their thoughts and stories on how the project came to fruition.
