North Jetty Building Groundbreaking
The groundbreaking for the new cold storage building we are working on for Cargo Ventures – located in the Marine Industrial Park in the Seaport – will be held in the next two weeks. Mirbeau Inn & Spa at The Pinehills Opens
On Saturday, June 28, I had the pleasure of attending the open house for the new Mirbeau Inn & Spa at the Pinehills. Our team has been working on the project for a little over two years and to see it all come together was a tremendous experience. The open house was an invitation-only event for key individuals involved in the project and in the local market to see a preview of the property before the official opening on Sunday. Members of the staff were available to give tours and answer questions about the property as well as the new Le Bistro & Wine Bar and Henri-Marie menus. Executive Chef Stephen Coe oversaw the preparation of a wide variety of hors d’oeuvres to give guests an introduction to the new menu and I can assure you that everything was delicious!
Mirbeau Inn & Spa Opening This Weekend

The hotel, the Mirbeau Inn & Spa at the Pinehills, will open this weekend on June 29th. If you’re looking to vacation in Plymouth or in the Cape Cod vicinity, we highly recommend checking it out. The hotel, with its 14,000 square foot, full-service spa, fine dining, and lush grounds inspired by Monet’s impressionist landscapes, set the perfect tone for a relaxing vacation. Hampton Business District Breaks Ground
Yesterday we broke ground on the Hampton Business District at Gabreski , a new business and technology center on Long Island. With almost a half million square feet of office, warehouse, and showroom space, as well as a hotel, the project will offer a home for the growing number of businesses looking to set up shop in the Hamptons.
Parcel K Discussed at District Hall
Last night, Arrowstreet and Conroy Development had an engaging presentation and discussion about the new mixed-use development on MassPort’s Parcel K, which will provide new residences and a hotel for visitors to the Innovation District. In addition, the project will contribute to the Innovation District’s mission to accommodate micro-residential units and flex office space, complimented by restaurants and retail, all serviced by the adjacent Silver Line. The support for the program and the building’s aesthetic is encouraging and we look forward to further public discussions as the project develops.
