Arrowstreet is designing high-end vacation homes in the Hamptons, a popular seaside vacation destination. These three-story townhouses range in size from 1,800 to 2,400 square feet; each features outdoor space and water views of the picturesque Shinnecock Canal. The architecture borrows from styles traditionally found in the area, including gambrel-style roof lines, shingled exteriors with complementing trim, and variety in building massing. A unique combination of dormers, balconies, and turrets give the impression that the building was added to over time.
