



Arrowstreet designed a 200,000-square-foot office building to be leased by Unum, a leading insurance company. The new, 7-story building is sustainable – it is designed to achieve LEED Silver – and a first-class work environment. Occupants benefit from the environmentally friendly materials and efficient building systems. The office building is the catalyst for the CitySquare development, which will create a revitalized neighborhood and reintroduce retail and entertainment to Worcester’s downtown.
