As part of the Waterfront Square mixed-use development at Revere Beach, Arrowstreet designed a cable-stay pedestrian bridge and public plaza to directly connect the beach to the Wonderland mass transit stop and public parking. The design incorporates high quality materials along a universally accessible path to seamlessly connect public transit to the beach. The signature bridge symbolizes the City’s commitment to the ongoing redevelopment of historic Revere Beach, recognized as the first public beach in the U.S. The civic plaza serves as the front door to Waterfront Square’s hotel, retail, and residential uses.
